In the world of 7 Billion people, some people are very well organized, and do everything according to their schedule, gets the perfect sleep and are proactive. And other ones are the one who are completely opposite to them. And one of the totally opposite ones is me! :p Such procrastination often lead to panic drama which actually decreases your effectiveness and productivity.

Panic Drama 😂

So, procrastinators are the one who delays the work for later on, either because of that gratification monkey or because of laziness. They do all the unimportant activities at the same time when they have to do something really important. But what I find for myself is I am good when I have deadlines, and start off when I actually feel like doing. So, recently I learned about the Eat that Frog with Pomodoro technique (No! not to eat the frog in real :p ) but it means to avoid distractions and get more productive with your tasks.

Dadduu on timer ! 😂

This technique which includes the following steps:

1. Identify the task you want to do.

2. Set a timer for 25 minutes

3. Work for the duration of the timer with focused mind and no distractions.

4. Once the timer buzz off, put a star on the paper.

5. Reward yourself with a short break of 4 to 5 minutes.

6. Repeat the steps 1 to 4

7. After you have 4 ticks on the paper, give yourself a longer break of 15 to 20 mins! P.S I gave myself a 40 mins break of food and namaz 😊

TADAAAA !!! It actually worked! So to all the procrastinators like me, if you really wanted to get your things done on time, do a little experiment with this technique, be honest with yourself, swoop out the distractions and you will be all good 😉

After completion of Task on Time 🤩🥳
